Massage

Swedish Full Body

Swedish massage is a comprehensive body therapy that offers one of the most sought-after massage experiences. By targeting the soft tissues and muscles, it produces a soothing and stabilising impact on the nervous system, enhancing overall well-being.

The Swedish massage uses five different movement techniques:

  • stroking and gliding,

  • kneading,

  • rubbing,

  • tapping or pounding,

  • and vibration.

Massage

Back Massage

Massage performed on the back can be a good way to end the day, or a long week, and is also known to help improve the quality of sleep. A Deep Tissue Massage is particularly good if you like firm pressure and your muscles tend to ache. It can also prove to be very relaxing if you’re comfortable with the firmer pressure of the therapist.

Cupping Therapy

Indian Head Massage

Renews and balances energy levels by working with the three higher chakras. Relieves symptoms of depression and anxiety through relaxation. Boosts memory capabilities by relieving stress and quieting the mind. Stimulates lymphatic drainage by circulating blood to the neck area.

BODY

Cavitation

Cavitation is a new, non-surgical and non-invasive fat removal procedure. Because there is no surgery and no anaesthesia, there is no hospital stay, no time off from work and no recovery time. Clients see immediate results and will continue to see results in the reduction of fat up to 72 hours following the treatment. The most common problem areas are the buttocks, abdomen, love handles, male chest, upper arms, inner thighs and the chin area. It is especially effective in the removal of cellulite. Cavitation is the perfect treatment for people who want to contour their body and regain their confidence and figure. Most clients see an immediate change in their appearance after the first session, with optimum results after 4 to 8 sessions.

Cavitation destroys fat cells by using low frequency sound waves. Once the fat cell is destroyed, the fat is discharged between the cells where they are turned into protein and then changed to free fatty acids and glycerol. Free fatty acids are moved to the liver where they decay and are removed from the body while glycerol is used as energy.

Radio Frequency

Radiofrequency (RF) energy treatment is a new and promising technology for non-surgical body contouring, fat removal and cellulite reduction or skin tightening.

Skin Tightening targets the deeper layers of skin, heating them up. This creates stimulation of the skin and in particular, the collagen, a substance which gives elasticity to the skin. This causes water molecules in the deeper layers of skin to vibrate. This creates friction which causes the heating effect. When heat is applied to collagen fibres, they shrink and tighten up, and over time following the treatment, new collagen also forms. Whilst the deeper skin layers are being heated, the therapist will cool down the top layers of skin using a cooling gel.

RF can be used in treatments to effectively contour the body and reduce the appearance of cellulite and fat. With deep, controlled heating of the fatty layers under the skin, the effects of tissue tightening and increased blood circulation mean that fatty deposits are drained through the lymphatic system, reducing the appearance of cellulite. Based on current RF technologies, most people should see at least a mild improvement in their skin tone, with a temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite and possible inch loss, with minimal risks and downtime.

RF (Radio Frequency) Skin Tightening can be used with Cavitation Lipo in a program together. This will help maximise the results.
